Honestly, I’m too exhausted to write a micro-blog full of useful tips for you like we usually do. But I just had to post this pic of @kenyabella wearing @ilandco today. How does this gorgeous women look so relaxed and get so powerful at the same time??
Have you set your goals for 2020? We’ve just been discussing setting some time aside for this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This time of year is so hectic, especially for us mums who also run our own businesses. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But goal setting is a form of self care. Setting out what you want to achieve and developing steps to get there will enable you to create the life you want. And isn’t that the ultimate form of self care? @dinasavitz looking thoughtful and gorgeous. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Are you goal setting for 2020?

We will always go the extra mile to create the perfect visuals for your brand when you work with us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We got the incredible shot of @claudiamiranda____ at our photoshoot for @undivided_inc recently, but the original background just wasn’t on-brand for the client. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Everyone thought @claudiamiranda____ looked incredible, the pose, the vibe, the energy were all perfect, but the original background just wasn’t quite right. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So we moved her over to this graffiti wall instead and she looks even more incredible! You can style a shot and plan it within an inch of its life and it still doesn’t work out and sometimes the shot just lines itself up and says ‘shoot me baby’. Well kind of. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We love this shot because it totally represents the brand we were shooting for - @undivided_inc ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Its a totally inclusive fashion brand that’s sole purpose is to make the world an undivided place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When @claudiamiranda____ lay down on the grass to take a break, it was just such a great angle. Everything looked so good. She looked fantastic and so did the product. Add @kenyabella and then well... magic happened.

We’re going to share a little secret... Want to head into 2020 never having to stress over how to connect with your audience again? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the reasons we love combining brand photography and content creation into our other services is that we get to spend a couple of hours with our clients just chatting while we set up shots and create gorgeous images. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Inevitably, at some point, they tell us they don’t post on their social media regularly because they don’t know what to say. They don’t know how to connect with their audience. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But it’s simple really. You just need to find your story. What are you passionate about and how can that passion serve your audience. Also, please don’t think you need to always be educating your audience. Serving can come in so many forms, and yes giving them useful tools and tips (like this fabulously entertaining post 🤣🤣) is useful, but often the businesses we get the most joy from are the ones that can make us laugh. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When you find your narrative and realise just being yourself is all that’s required, working out what to tell your audience isn’t overwhelming anymore. It’s like talking to an old friend. It becomes natural. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is Claire from Wordstruck. She helps big business communicate their stories.
